The organisers of the Asian Trader Awards are the Asian Media Group (AMG), Garavi Gujarat House, 1 Silex Street, London SE1 0DW

The Asian Trader Awards competition is open to UK residents only.

Individuals can self-nominate or choose to nominate colleagues, partners or clients.

Nominations are free and there is a limit of three nominations that one person or organisation can make.

Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted on the online entry form and completed in full.

Nominators may be asked to provide additional evidence or materials after submission.

The organisers reserve the right, as its absolute discretion, to reject any entry that it deems inappropriate.

Finalists will be required to attend the Asian Trader Awards on Wednesday 5th November 2025 where the winners will be announced. No prior intimation about the winners will be given. All winners will be listed and profiled in Eastern Eye and AMG’s other leading titles and websites.

The judges’ decisions are final and awards will be made at their discretion.

Not all the awards advertised will be awarded if the judges consider that the criteria have not been met.
