All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Any cancellation or alteration to a booking must be received in writing.

Please note there will be no service during speeches and awards presentations. In the event that a company or individual wishes to cancel a table or individual tickets, the following charges shall apply:

1. Four months prior to event 50% of total cost;

2. Three months prior to event 100% of the total cost. Your table is not guaranteed until we have received full payment. Please do not invite media organisations. Entry rights for media organisations is restricted and has to be authorised by us.
